At present, online purchases on the Retro Thinc website are available only for delivery addresses within Japan.
We do not support forwarding services and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed with addresses outside Japan may be cancelled and refunded.

Retro Thinc products retain the natural variations inherent in their materials and structure. As a result, individual differences may occur in appearance, wax movement, and light performance.
Images and videos displayed on this website are for reference and atmosphere only. Such variations are considered part of the product's character and do not constitute a defect.
Prices displayed on product pages are shown exclusive of consumption tax. Applicable Japanese consumption tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
After your order and payment are completed, an order confirmation will be sent to you. The sales contract is deemed to be concluded upon issuance of the shipping confirmation.
Retro Thinc currently offers shipping within Japan only. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, without reason. Returned items must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories.
Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
If you discover damage caused during shipping, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be treated as shipping-related damage.
To the extent permitted by law, Retro Thinc shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use, use outside recommended conditions, or any indirect losses.
