As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective, we will promptly replace it with a new item of the same model.
Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered.
- The product has been used or installed.
- Accessories, manuals, components, or original packaging are missing.
- Damage, stains, scratches, or odor have occurred while in the customer's possession.
- The product packaging (box, protective materials, etc.) has been damaged.
Please note that the appearance of color, brightness, and texture may vary depending on your display device and viewing environment. Such differences are not considered defects.
